At RAZE IT, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, convenient, and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through the RAZE IT website.

1. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UAE

We currently deliver RAZE IT products across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service coverage.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed after successful payment or order confirmation.

We aim to prepare orders for dispatch as quickly as possible. Orders may take additional time to process during:

  • Public holidays
  • Promotional campaigns
  • High-demand periods
  • Unexpected operational or courier delays

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery or tracking information where available.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or communicated through our delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, RAZE IT may offer free delivery, discounted shipping, or other delivery promotions. Any such offer will be subject to the terms displayed during the promotion.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Building or villa information
  • Street or area
  • City/emirate
  • Any other information required by the delivery provider

RAZE IT is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-delivered due to incorrect information or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

6. FAILED DELIVERY

If the courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect information, or otherwise cannot receive the order, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact the customer.

If an order is returned to RAZE IT because it could not be delivered, the customer may be contacted to arrange a new delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect your package when you receive it.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or with missing or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of the products
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with applicable law and our Refund & Return Policy.

8. WRONG OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact RAZE IT as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs and order information to help us investigate the issue.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery provider, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is permitted, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

10. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work with our delivery partners to provide timely delivery, RAZE IT cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time unless expressly confirmed by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, public holidays, courier disruptions, technical problems, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, RAZE IT primarily offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. Any available international delivery options, costs, restrictions, and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the website when offered.
